What we collect

When you send a message, share your contact info from an agent’s digital card or sign up for listing alerts, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email and phone number, along with what you agreed to and when.

We count visits to this site and taps on an agent’s digital card without identifying you: which pages and listings were viewed, what was tapped, the kind of device, and where the visit came from. This is not tied to a person or shared across other agents’ sites.

If you allow it, we also set a cookie that recognizes you when you return, so your agent can follow up with homes you care about.

How we use it

Your agent uses this information to answer you and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

The recognizing cookie and marketing messages are off until you say yes. We also honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting. You can change your mind at any time, and text messages stop when you reply STOP.

To see, export or delete your information, contact your agent.

How long we keep it

Your agent decides how long records are kept. When that time passes, they are removed automatically.
